Commercial Griddles

When cooking professionally (either at home or in your place of business) you need a heavy duty griddle. You need something that cooks evenly, won’t wear out, and won’t stick to your food. You need a commercial griddle. There are many of these types of griddles on the market. Here are a few of our picks:

Calphalon Commercial Nonstick

This commercial griddle is perfect for making crepes (as well as other foods, of course).  What is so special about it? It is made of three layers – a hard-anodized exterior, aluminum core, and nonstick surface.

This makes it very durable lasting a long time to come. The nonstick surface has a three ply coating so food has a hard time sticking!

It is oven safe up to 450 degrees F. It comes with a lifetime warranty and includes a collector’s edition recipe card. Highly recommended.

Master Chef 7 Gauge Steel Commercial Two Burner Griddle

Practically indestructible this commercial griddle will get the job done.  Put it across two burners and you have all you need to get cookin’.  It comes with a grease tray too.

Heavy 7 gauge steel construction with 1.5 ” side walls makes it easy to work in. Typically for residential use. Dimensions are 27 x 12 x 3.5 inches.

Commercial Pro 36″ Countertop Electric Griddle

This heavy duty commercial griddle sits right on the counter top. Adjustable feet allow for easy height modification, while providing built-in, splash guards on three sides of the unit. It has a removable easy to clean grease tray. It comes with two thermostats. It is 36″ long with a 13″ cooking surface depth.

Portable Commercial Griddle

This commerical griddle is on wheels making it extremely convenient to move around a kitchen. It has 4 individual burners to help with even temperatures. It has a very large cooking surface (36in x 20in). Wheels fold for easy storage.

It has high 2″ sides to prevent the grease from splattering. It stands 38″ tall and weighs 174 pounds.
